Create-a-Class support added for Echohawk Dual Bore, AN-94, and VMP in Multiplayer (PS4).
New Heavy Metal Heroes LTM in Blackout (PS4).
Savage Impaler and Winter’s Fury Wonder Weapons added to Mystery Boxes in Blackout (PS4).
“Tag der Toten” now available in Zombies for Black Ops Pass holders (PS4).
Echohawk Dual Bore, AN-94, and VMP now available in the Mystery Box and Armory in Zombies (PS4).
New Contraband stream added to the Black Market, including a new earnable Ultra Weapon Bribe (PS4).
New personalization items added to the Black Market, including new weapons, Mastercrafts, MKII Weapons, Reactive Camos, weapon camos, Blackout characters, Epic outfits, Weapon Charms, Death Effects, Gestures, Jump Packs, and more (PS4).

Limited-Time Modes
- Heavy Metal Heroes
  - Quads LTM featuring new Tank vehicle, comic filter, thrust jumps, vehicle air drops, Flare Gun, new vehicle variants, ramps, infinite Grapple Gun, and new Hellion Salvo Operator.
  - Cel shading comic book visual effect turned on, exclusive to Heavy Metal Heroes.
  - Activate thrusters by tapping the jump button during a jump.
  - Acquire Tanks via air drop or by finding and firing a Flare Gun. Two Tanks become available with each Collapse.
  - Mode-specific vehicle variants (ARAV, Helicopter, Motorcycle) feature new boost ability and unique visual designs.
  - All players are automatically equipped with a Grapple Gun with unlimited uses.
  - New Hellion Salvo Operator launcher comes equipped with multiple attachments.
  - Last Quad standing wins.

  - The final episode of the Black Ops 4 Zombies Aether story is now available on PS4 for Black Ops Pass holders.
  - New Wonder Weapons: Wunderwaffe DG Scharfschütze and Tundra Gun.
Perk
- Blaze Phase
  - Charge up and unleash to blaze a path through zombies in a direct line.
  - Available to use in all Black Ops 4 Zombies maps.
Elixirs
- Power Vacuum
  - New Epic Elixir available in the Zombies Laboratory.
  - Spawns power-ups at a much higher rate for five minutes.
- Secret Shopper
  - New Epic Elixir available in the Zombies Laboratory.
  - Allows players to buy ammo for any weapon at any wall buy location, including ammo for Wonder Weapons.
Weapons
- Echohawk Dual Bore, AN-94, and VMP now available in the Mystery Box.
- Armory support added for Echohawk Dual Bore, AN-94, and VMP.
Miscellaneous
- Dead of the Night
  - Addressed an issue where the Molten Silver icon would not appear in the player’s inventory when obtained.

Black Market
- New 50-Tier Contraband stream added to the Black Market, including a new earnable Ultra Weapon Bribe and new customization gear.
